This World Needs You
This World Needs You is an evolving project created to advocate for suicide awareness, mental health and substance use awareness. This World Needs You gatherings are a blend of live music, storytelling, open discussion and community-based music experiences that welcome healing, provide a platform for guests to share their stories, to listen, to be heard and to build genuine connections with oneself and each other.
The mission of these gatherings is to meet people where they are, support them in their deeply personal journeys and empower them to turn their pain into their purpose.
Pain opens doors to understanding one's purpose - purpose creates hope.
This World Needs You is also the name of an album Amanda has written, inspired by her personal healing journey from a traumatic experience that greatly impacted her life. Amanda's album and these intimate live gatherings are shared with love for those
who may be struggling as an offering of connection and hope.

Group Songwriting Circles
Group Songwriting Circles are designed to give us as a commUNITY an opportunity to tap into our creative gifts. We will begin with introductions, followed by two visual guided meditations. The first guided meditation will be followed by an individual writing prompt. The second meditation will be followed by a group collaboration to write a song!
Together we will lead in authenticity and love, activate our hearts with our creativity and inspire our hearts to heal.
NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, ALL ARE WELCOME!
If you do play an instrument, bring one!
Note for all attendees: please be sure to bring a journal and pen/pencil!
Come as you are. If you have been struggling, this can be a wonderful opportunity to heal in a safe, supportive and loving community setting.​

Energy Healings
(Reiki Master Teacher Attuned)
Amanda Bridges has her Reiki Master Teacher Certification.
"Reiki" or "Universal Life Force Energy" is the energy that flows through us, as us. Reiki flows through all of creation - a connection that the ego blinds us from seeing or blocks us from feeling. These sessions are a fusion of energy healing and sound healing energy with sung tones, providing an enhanced sense of belonging, safety and unconditional love.
You will have the opportunity to learn techniques that you can practice beyond the session. These techniques will be intuitively and personally designed for your healing needs at the time of your session.
